CRM.me CRM 2.7 Adds Deeper Calendar and Email Marketing Capabilities

Shared Calendar and new Email Template Builder allows users to collaborate and improve the creation of marketing campaigns.

CRM.me, the leader in CRM gamification, today announced the official release of CRM.me 2.7, which adds features including Shared Calendar, Email Template Builder, and the ability to add users to Meetings. The focus of this release was to enhance collaboration and streamline the creation of email marketing campaigns.

We pride ourselves on CRM.me being the most user friendly and engaging CRM in the open source marketplace.

The Shared Calendar increases visibility into a user’s schedule and allows exposure to other users’ calendar items. With the new calendar interface, a user can configure different views. The ‘My Calendar’ view shows saved calendars that the user created. The ‘My Shared Calendar’ shows calendars the user has ‘subscribed’ to. With the new Email Template Builder, CRM.me’s Marketing engine was given a major upgrade. Now, users can go through a streamlined process to create their templates by choosing a predefined layout and dragging/dropping available ‘elements’ such as buttons, headers, and dividers. Add some final touches by adjusting colors, borders, and text. Take a preview before sending out the campaign, and you are done! “The Email Marketing enhancements really allow a non-technical user to create stunning templates without needing to be a master in HTML. We pride ourselves on CRM.me being the most user friendly and engaging CRM in the open source marketplace,” states Ray Stoeckicht, Co-Founder of CRM.me. The stage is set for the 3.0 release, which adds a number of new features and improvements. Keep up to date with CRM.me’s roadmap: http://zurmo.org/roadmap.
